It was very easy and fast to get an appointment and the wait was very short to be seen. Dr. Stacy Oquist and the staff was very kind to our newly adopted cat Schatzi and answered every question. The office runs great!. I had to come in at the end of the day for Flea n Tick, Heartworm tablets for our dog and the staff was very helpful even though they were locking up. Very nice and took their time explaining new medicine options.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a vet office! My husband and I have had dogs over the last 24 years, have moved many times and therefor have used many different vet clinics over time. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The office and exam rooms were spotless. Dr Fox was amazing! He treated us like we were his friends, took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. Julie and Sam were great as well. We had a great experience. It’s always hard bringing in a pet with concerns but we received a thorough visit and when we left we felt well informed. Our daughter was also given goodies by the staff in the front and that helped when things were a little stressful. The man who did our paperwork upon arrival felt very warm and welcoming and that helped ease our stress as well. We look forward to keeping our dogs happy and healthy at Riverbridge!

Thus, far I have had only positive experiences when visiting the office. The receptionists are usually busy, but will acknowledge the new comers and apologize for the wait. The wait to be taken into an examination room, is done in a timely manner. The assistants to the Vets are friendly to the animals and polite to me. The office and rooms are clean and organized. The vets are thorough and give you options of things that NEED to be done and things that are SUGGESTED to be done depending on one’s budget, which helps me make the best decision for my pet and my finances.

Starting with the front office staff that welcome you and your pets – usually by name too! Julie is the best vet tech – she makes a fuss whenever she sees my pups! My pets have been a part of River Bridge since 1997 and Dr. Fox and Dr. Oquist are caring doctors who are honest and upfront on issues your pet may have – I never feel that they want to do any procedure that isn’t warranted. With my first dog, Dr. Fox was very open with me and spoke about a dog’s quality vs quantity of life. He never suggested any heroic treatments near the end but rather keeping my dog comfortable and as pain free as possible. That has stayed with me all these years and although I drive a bit further and past at least three other vet clinics, I can’t forget how River Bridge Animal Hospital took care of my first dog – from puppy until her passing.
